What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of your purchase for refund or exchange (as stock allows). Please note that any associated costs with shipping back products are the responsibility of the customer.
Is swimwear final sale?
Yes, all swimwear is final sale.
Can sale items be returned?

What happens if a product arrives damaged or defective?
We're sorry to hear that! Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond within 3-5 business days to find an appropriate solution.
How do you give back to the community?
At Jet Set Collective, we believe in the importance of giving back to our community by donating 5% of all sales to charitable organizations. You can find a list of charities that we have donated to thus far on "Our Story" page.
Why is there no tag attached to some items in my order?
To help reduce waste, we have chosen to forego a sales tag whenever possible (you were going to throw it out anyways).
How long will it take to receive my purchase?
Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of the order date, unless otherwise specified due to pre-order or backorder items.
How do I wash my "Shop The Collective" apparel and accessories?
To preserve the integrity of our products and designs, we recommend washing items in cold water with like colours (preferably inside out), and hang to dry.
Will there be extra duties or taxes on my order?
Jet Set Collective is based in Ottawa, Canada and we have no control over duties and taxes incurred while shipping internationally. Therefore, jet setters with an international address are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes following their purchase.
